Break The Barriers Terms of use

Break The Barriers strictly prohibits the use of unsolicited mailings of any kind. Any member
found to be using Spam tactics will have their account terminated (all referrals and
existing credits will be forfeited).

Break The Barriers reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or website that we
feel is inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to paid to surf, extreme adult
content, pornography, search sites, racial or hate issues, vulgar language, illegal
content, and violence. NO ptr sites (PAID TO READ). No pop-ups, no pop-unders.
No frame breakers will be tolerated!!

Additionally, websites will NOT be accepted into our network of member sites if
they contain the following:

- NO ROTATORS ALLOWED
- Fly-In Ads
- No dialog boxes
- Prompts for downloads
- The ability to break out of Break The Barriers frames
- Overall content based on a language other than English
- ANYTHING else that interrupts normal surfing

Break The Barriers reserves the right to terminate a member's account if no activity has occurred for three (3) consecutive months. In other words, apart from your downline you must present a personal activity by surfing at least 1000 sites within 3 months.

2 emails will be sent to the member notifying him of his inactivity before his account is deleted.

If after these 2 warnings there is still no activity then his account will be terminated along with any existing cash, credits, or any referrals within the account.

** The above conditions apply to BASIC members only, NO minimum activity is required on the part of PRO members.

Break The Barriers members are strictly prohibited from artificially accumulating credits to their
account through the use of (but not limited to) any device, program, or robot.

Break The Barriers, as well as its administrators, partners, and sponsors, can not be held
responsible or liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur as a result
of using Break The Barriers' services. Members agree to use Break The Barriers's services at their own
risk.

Members have the right to cancel their Break The Barriers membership at any time. All existing
referrals, cash, and credits and future earning potential through our affiliate program
will be forfeited at the time of cancellation and cannot be reversed.

Break The Barriers is in no way associated with PayPal.com, StormPay.com, or E-gold.com and
merely uses them to process payments for such things as membership fees, paid adver-
tising, and purchasing credits.

Furthermore, Break The Barriers will not be held responsible or liable for any problems, damages,
or losses that may occur with regard to a member's direct association with PayPal or
StormPay and any other aspects of their PayPal or StormPay account.
